Our dining room

The beating heart of the Salice Blu is our restaurant, where the warm, refined atmosphere welcomes guests with taste and style. With careful attention to detail, the restaurant offers elegant surroundings for unforgettable lunches and dinners. Let yourself be transported by the culinary art and the familiar ambience of our restaurant, where every dish is a masterpiece.
From the table you can also enjoy a privileged view of the open kitchen, which allows guests to savour the culinary show while sipping a delicious glass of wine


Our wine cellar

Designed in 2013, our wine cellar currently houses over 600 different wines, all included on the restaurant’s extensive wine list, as well as a special table. This is suitable for two people, in a romantic candle-lit atmosphere, surrounded by bottles of the best wines.

In response to increasing requests, we have extended the space in the wine cellar and added more tables. The wine cellar is now available either for private use, as described above, or for shared use. The shared version is designed to maintain the distance between tables, to retain the intimate, romantic atmosphere.

What more do you need for an unforgettable evening? Good food, of course! We offer various combinations of constantly evolving seasonal menus to satisfy your every desire. The wine cellar is available all year round and for any special occasion, by arrangement so that every detail can be agreed.


Our terrace

Delight your palate with our specialities on the terrace, immersed in luxuriant greenery: an oasis of tranquillity and refinement. Enhanced by a wooden pergola entwined with strawberry vines, white grapes and kiwi fruit, the ambience invites you to relax and savour our dishes, far from the frantic rush of the city.

Under the starry sky, the terrace becomes the perfect place for enchanting dinners and meals, offering a unique gastronomic experience in a naturally fascinating space.

Quality and freshness of the ingredients

Chef Luigi Gandola takes care personally of the selection of ingredients used in the dishes on the restaurant menu. His watchwords are freshness and respect, and he prefers ingredients from the Lake Como area and its surroundings, to mix with more exotic notes.
