You will also be accompanied by truffle experts and truffle dogs. The walk takes place in forests of hornbeam, chestnut and oak owned by the Gandola family, in a tranquil area with a view over the extraordinary lake.<\/p>\n<p>After the picking, you return to the kitchen where you will learn some techniques for using and preserving the mushrooms and truffles and you will enjoy a well-earned lunch. he experience ends at around 3pm. Also available at other times.<\/p>\n<p>he safety of what is found and collected is the first thing: chef Luigi and his collaborators have obtained the qualification and are in possession of the license of \u201ctruffle researcher of the Lombardy Region\u201d and connoisseur of local edible mushrooms.
