The restaurant almost immediately became a benchmark for good cooking, thanks to its fresh, carefully selected ingredients and its good Italian wine.<br \/>Mum Flora still looks after the herb garden, and dad Mino is still beside us to give advice.<br \/>Since 2022, Chef Luigi Gandola has managed the restaurant with his wife, Camilla.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_6 et_pb_text
