I personally oversee every detail of the events that I organise, from the food to the preparations to the fireworks. Your events can take place in private venues or other locations, such as the beautiful villas overlooking Lake Como.

For me, a relationship built on trust and mutual respect is of the utmost importance. For this reason, I like to get to know every single client before the preparations begin, developing solid partnerships that make every event unforgettable.

I am available for lunches or dinners, weddings, private parties, stag and hen dos, buffets and open bars. I can also organise the hiring of white wrought iron outdoor furniture, tables, chairs (with or without white chair covers), white linen tablecloths and cutlery. Making your every event unique!

OUR LOCATION

In 2005 he became the owner of the Salice Blu restaurant in Bellagio, opened by his parents in 1973. In the 2013 he start Catering and he is charge of the best location on the Lake Como and Italy. Gandola’s influence resulted in a more creative, refined cuisine, but the strong bond with the local area remained.
In 2013 he took part in TV show “La Prova del Cuoco”, broadcasted on Italian national channel Rai1.
Gandola has been part of the Italian National Association of Chefs since 1994.
